Mixed feelings about the support
Wix has some great design tools but sometimes the customer support is slow. I had a billing issue that took too long to resolve. It’s not the worst, but definitely needs improvement.

It works okay, I guess. Found some glitches when using the mobile editor. Not sure I’m gonna stick with it for long-term.

Decent but frustrating
The features are decent but I’ve faced a few bugs. Also, the loading speed isn't always the best. Could use some improvement.

It's okay but not perfect
I like the variety of templates, but the pricing can get confusing. Sometimes feels like I’m paying for features I don’t even use.

It’s fine for simple sites
If you need a basic website, Wix works fine. But for anything more complex, it’s lacking. Some things just don’t feel intuitive, which was a letdown.
