Not bad, but could be better
I recently ordered some baking tools. The quality is decent, but I had to deal with a couple of missing items in my order. I contacted them, and they did send the missing parts, but it took a while to resolve. Just felt unorganized.

Great products, but slow shipping

Disappointed with customer service
I had a really bad experience with their customer service. I tried to return a set of dishes that arrived chipped, and it took forever to get a response. When they finally did, their solution didn’t even help. Not what I expected from a company like this.

Williams Sonoma has an awesome selection of kitchenware. I love a lot of their stuff! However, some items feel overpriced, even for the quality. Got a nice set of knives, but I still feel like I could have found something similar for less elsewhere.

Mixed feelings about my last purchase
I bought a stand mixer, and while I love how it performs, the shipping was delayed by three days. They promised it would get here on a certain date, but it didn’t arrive until later. It’s frustrating waiting for something you’re excited about.

Could use a better return policy
