Very frustrating
I had issues with the app crashing when I was trying to make a bet. Contacted support but it took ages to get a response. Not a good first impression.

Disappointing service
I'm not a fan of their customer support. Every time I had issues, I waited too long for answers. The betting options are decent but not worth the hassle.

Not the best experience

Disappointing customer service
I had issues withdrawing my winnings, took ages. The chat support was unhelpful, said I had to wait 48 hours for a response. Miscommunication everywhere, really frustrating.

Not impressed at all
Had a pretty frustrating experience. The website was down during a big match, and I couldn't place my bets. Contacted support, and they just gave me the runaround. Very disappointing.

Disappointing experience.
I signed up for William Hill hoping for some good betting options. The odds were lower than I expected and my withdrawal took way too long. Not what I hoped for.
