Great Resource, Minor Flaws
We Work Remotely is super helpful for finding jobs! I got my current role as a developer here. However, occasional bugs on the site can be annoying. Hopefully, they’ll fix these!

Unreliable listings
So I signed up hoping to find a remote job in my field. Ended up applying to 15 listings, got only one response which didn’t go anywhere. Very frustrating! And their customer service wasn’t helpful, really long wait times for replies.

Great for finding freelance gigs

Poor Communication

Solid choice for remote work
Used We Work Remotely for about 3 months, and I found some great positions. The interface could use some sprucing up though. Overall, happy with my experience.

Too many issues with job posts
I applied to three different jobs, got ghosted each time. The job descriptions are often vague, making it hard to know what they really want. Plus, some companies don’t even seem to exist, which is pretty sketchy. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a serious job.
