Disappointed in the app
Wahoo’s app needs a serious update. It crashes too often when I’m trying to track my workouts. The hardware seems solid, but the app experience ruins it.

Not bad, but not great
Using my Wahoo ELEMNT for a while now. It’s functional, but I've had to restart it a couple of times during rides. Pricey for something that can be glitchy like this.

Decent but needs work
I bought a Wahoo heart rate monitor. It works as intended but drops connection occasionally. Not a complete disaster, but I think their tech could be better.

Wahoo’s customer service took longer to reply than I hoped when I had an issue. The gear itself does the job, but nothing super special.

Decent, but could be better
