Not perfect but good
I had ups and downs, to be fair. Some walkers were super sweet and spent time playing with my dog, while others were a bit distant. Overall, I’m satisfied enough, but just wish consistency was better.

Pretty good, but could improve
Wag! got my dog out on time and he loved his walk. The app itself can be a bit clunky at times and I wish there were more options for walkers.

Disappointed with the service
I was really looking forward to using Wag! but ended up feeling pretty let down. My dog’s walker showed up 20 minutes late, and they didn’t even communicate about it. I had to call customer service myself for updates, which was frustrating.

Mixed feelings
Had some good experiences and some not so great ones. One walker was fantastic and took great care of my dog, but another just rushed through the walk and left without a proper goodbye. Not sure if I will stick with it long-term.

Good service overall

Best Wags in town!
