Mixed feelings about my plan

The pricing is solid, but the customer service? Ugh, took forever to get someone on the phone. I was on hold for over 30 minutes just to ask a simple question.

Not impressed
I had high hopes for Visible, but I’ve faced several connectivity issues. Customer service wasn’t helpful enough when I reached out. I expected better reliability for the price.

Decent service, nothing special
I thought I’d save some bucks with Visible, but honestly, the performance is just okay. Sometimes the data is slower than I expected. Not terrible, but not the best either.

It's Alright
Honestly, it works most of the time, but sometimes the speeds are just awful. I can’t binge-watch my shows without buffering. Not great but not terrible either.

Fair for the price
Data isn’t always consistent, but for what you pay, it’s pretty good. I’ve seen worse. Just don’t rely on it for important calls.
