Could be better
The subtitles sometimes lag behind the video, which is super annoying. Plus, some shows are only available in certain regions. I expected more for the price. Might cancel soon.

Not a great experience
I really wanted to love Rakuten Viki, but the ads are relentless and really distracting. Tried watching a couple of shows but ended up turning it off because it was so annoying. Will probably cancel soon.

Meh, not impressed
It’s okay if you’re desperate for Asian content, but honestly, it feels like a lot of work to find good shows. Disappointed overall.

Decent selection
I’ve found a few hidden gems on here! Some content is really great, and the interface is pretty user-friendly. However, there’s still a lot of work to be done to improve the overall experience.

It's okay
I mean, there are some good shows, but it just feels like I'm scrolling forever to find something worth watching. Sometimes the streams are laggy but not all the time. It's decent, but not jaw-dropping.

Decent but lacks features
Viki has some good dramas, but honestly, the app can be buggy sometimes. I wish they had a proper download option for offline viewing. Might stick around a bit longer, but I’m not super happy.

Frustrating experience

Worst experience ever
I registered for the service, can't even get it to work. The app crashes constantly. I tried contacting support, but they never got back to me. Very angry!

Overall Good Platform
I really enjoy using Rakuten Viki for my drama fix. The variety of shows is impressive, and most of the time, I can find what I'm looking for. However, I do find some translations lacking accuracy, which can be a bit annoying.

Perfect for binge-watching!
Viki really nailed the streaming experience. I’ve watched a ton of series without any buffering issues. Plus, the community discussions add an extra layer of fun! Great subtitles, too. Highly recommend for all drama lovers!

Not worth the hassle

A Must-Have for Drama Fans
I got hooked on an amazing drama just through browsing Viki. The user interface is friendly, and I love how easy it is to skip through episodes. If you're into Asian dramas, this is a must-have app!

Disappointing experience
I signed up for Rakuten Viki hoping to watch some of my favorite Asian dramas, but the ads are out of control. You can't even enjoy a show without constant interruptions. I had to cancel my subscription, total waste of time!

Meh, not impressed
Using Viki has been a mixed bag. Some shows are great, but the search feature is kinda broken. I can never find what I'm looking for easily. It's okay, but definitely not my go-to streaming service.

Some good content, but...
Found some gems on here, but for the most part, it feels like they don't add enough new stuff. Plus, the ads are just irritating. I wish there were more options, especially in the romance category.
