Disappointed with the quality

Disappointed with the service

Not happy with my purchase
I ordered some sk8-hi's and they arrived late, took almost three weeks. When they finally got here, the color was off from what I saw online. Feels like a miss.

Not what I expected
I got a pair of slip-ons that looked really cool, but the sizing is way off. I usually wear a 9, but these felt like an 8. Going to have to return them.

Poor customer service
I contacted support because my shoes had a defect. They took ages to respond and didn’t help at all. Made me feel like my issue wasn’t important.
