Solid option, not perfect
I’ve had a good experience, but their customer service can be slow at times. Everything else has been good, but when I had a minor issue, it took longer to get a response than I’d like.

Pretty Good, but room for improvement
Overall, I'm satisfied with Vanguard. Their services are great, but it took a while for me to get a response from customer support once. Would love to see that improve!

Good but room for improvement
Overall, I really like Vanguard but I found their app could use some work. It’s a bit slow sometimes, but their investment choices and low fees make up for it. Just wish it was a bit more user-friendly.
