Good Coverage, but Slow Claims Process

I've been with UnitedHealthcare for over a year now, and while I'm generally happy with my coverage, the claims process can be a bit slow. I had to follow up several times on my last claim, which was frustrating. Overall, I still think the benefits are worth it.

Good insurance but needs improvement

I've been with UnitedHealthcare for about a year now. The coverage is decent and the premium rates are reasonable. Just wish their customer service was quicker to respond, I've had to wait on hold a couple of times.
