Not great this time
I’ve shopped at Ulta before with no issues, but my recent order took way longer than expected. Also, the shade I chose did not match what I thought it would. Disappointed.

Decent, but some issues
I had mixed feelings about my last order. The selection is great, but one of the items I got was damaged. Customer service took their time resolving it. Overall okay, but needs improvement.
