Good features, please simplify pricing
While I appreciate all the features Twilio offers, the pricing structure can be a bit confusing. I would love it if they made it simpler to understand what I'm actually paying for.

Good service but room for improvement
I've been using Twilio for my business SMS solutions. The setup was relatively easy, and the documentation is pretty solid. The only hiccup was a delay in their customer support response when I had a question, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, it's a good platform but they could improve on support timing.

Solid platform with some quirks
