Not the best experience
I had a painter come through Thumbtack who didn’t show up on time. Customer service tried to help but it took forever to resolve.

A bit tricky at times
I'm glad I found a great electrician through Thumbtack, but the messaging feature is a bit glitchy. Still, the quality of the work was worth the hassle. Just be prepared for some back and forth.

Not great, honestly
Had a rough time hiring a moving company through Thumbtack. They were late and didn’t communicate well until the last minute. Disappointed with how it all turned out.

Not what I expected

Mixed feelings about service

Mixed feelings about my experience
I found a plumber who seemed great until he showed up late and didn’t have all the materials needed for the job. The work was fine, but I expected more professionalism. Might use it again, but I’m cautious after this.

Mixed feelings
Thumbtack has some good pros, but I had issues with a bad electrician. They fixed it quickly, but it was a hassle to go through that.
