Decent but not great

I recently bought a jacket from The North Face, and while the quality is solid, it just didn't live up to the hype. The fit is a bit off for me and the price is on the higher side. Expected more for what I paid.

They have potential, but...

I bought a backpack a few months ago. It’s nice, but the zipper broke way too soon. I love the design, and it's comfortable for hiking, but the quality control could be better.
