Decent experience overall
I like how easy it is to order from Swiggy, but I did have some issues finding some of the local restaurants on the app. Delivery times are usually good, but a bit inconsistent.

Good but room for improvement
Swiggy is mostly good, but I've had times when my order was wrong. They usually fix it quickly, but it's a bit of a hassle. Otherwise, love the variety of restaurants.

Good service but a few hiccups
Used Swiggy a couple of times, and most of the time everything was great. Just once, my delivery took over an hour, and my food got cold. But I appreciate the customer service for offering a discount on my next order.

Great meals but delivery could improve
I really love the variety that Swiggy offers, especially during busy weekdays. My only gripe is that sometimes the delivery can take a bit longer than expected. Overall, still a solid choice!

Consistent quality

Mostly good experience
I've ordered a few times and the food has always been great, but last time they forgot my drink. I reached out and they refunded it, which was nice, but it's a little annoying when it happens.

Quick service and decent food
I ordered from Swiggy for the first time last week and I gotta say, I was impressed. The delivery was super quick, it arrived in about 30 minutes which is awesome. The food was warm and tasted pretty good, though I thought the portion sizes could be a bit better for the price. Overall, a solid experience but still room for improvement!
