I had the worst experience ordering a pair of shorts. They sent me the wrong size and it took ages to get a reply from support. Ended up returning it, just a hassle I didn’t need.

I ordered a t-shirt, and it was completely the wrong size when it came. Customer service took ages to respond, and I had to follow up multiple times. Not worth my money.

I had a really bad experience trying to return an item. No response from support for days. Completely unacceptable and I won’t be shopping here again.
