I cannot believe how many outdated listings there are on StreetEasy. I found it very frustrating to see places that had already been rented out. When I tried to contact support, they were slow to respond and not helpful.

I had an awful experience. Tried contacting support about a listing that had missing info, and nobody got back to me for days. It's unacceptable during such a crucial time when I needed to secure a lease.

I tried to find an apartment for weeks using StreetEasy. The listings were outdated, and I wasted time contacting landlords who had already rented their places. Customer service was non-existent when I reached out for help. Never using this site again!

I loved the idea of StreetEasy but was really let down. Some apartment details weren't included, like pet policies or amenities, which would have helped a lot. Plus, I found the customer support to be really lacking when I reached out.

I had a rough time trying to find an apartment through StreetEasy. The condition of several places I visited did not match what was portrayed online. Also, I encountered a couple of listings that should have been removed weeks ago.

I expected better from StreetEasy. Many of the apartments I was interested in were already off the market, and it took ages for the site to catch up. While the interface is user-friendly, the accuracy of the listings really needs work.

I really had high hopes after hearing about StreetEasy. The interface is pretty good, but the problem is so many listings were either expired or misleading. I wasted days chasing after places that were already rented out. It’s just too frustrating for serious house hunters.
