I was excited about my running shoes but they were a bit smaller than expected. Customer service was nice but I had to return them.

Okay, Not Great
Had mixed feelings about my last order. The shoes were fine but took longer to arrive than they said. Customer service was decent but could have been better. 3 stars feels right.
