Solid, but one thing bugs me
Overall satisfied with SoFi. They have great features and a nice interface. Just wish they had more local ATMs for cash withdrawals.

Pretty decent, but...
I like most features, but the mobile deposit feature takes too long sometimes. Otherwise, the experience has been solid.

Almost Perfect
I really enjoy using SoFi, but I did have a minor issue with linking my external bank account. Once I got through that, everything else has been great. I love their promotions and user experience.

Good Overall, Lacking Some Features
I’m mostly happy with the service, but I wish they offered more investment options. The fees are reasonable, and the cashback rewards are nice, but just a bit limited compared to others.

Pretty Good, but Small Issues
I like using SoFi, but I had some trouble with the app crashing recently. Customer service responded quickly, which was nice. If the app was smoother, it would easily be a 5-star review.
