Not bad, but can improve

SocialWise has some helpful features, but honestly it feels a bit clunky. The UI could use some work. I appreciate the scheduling tool, but it doesn't always post on time.

Not Bad, But Needs Work

I like the platform, but it’s not perfect. Occasionally, it crashes and I have to restart it. Plus, I wish they had more templates to choose from. It could be better.

Could Be Better

I wanted to love SocialWise, but it falls short sometimes. There were a few times the updates didn’t sync right, which was frustrating. It’s decent, but could really use improvement.

Not too bad

Using it for a few months now, and I've gotten used to it. The customer support does respond eventually, but the wait can be long. Still, I find it useful!

Mixed feelings

Decent experience

Had a decent run with SocialWise. The scheduling and posting features are solid, just wish the integration with other platforms was smoother. Overall, not too shabby!

Mixed Feelings about SocialWise

The features they offer are decent, but I ran into some bugs that really slowed me down. Support didn’t help as quickly as I hoped. It’s okay, but I expected more.
