Car was not cleaned properly and had a few scratches that were not documented prior. The staff was rude when I reported it. I expected way better for the price.

Frustrating Process

Disappointing Customer Service
Rented a car for a weekend trip. The vehicle was decent, but I had issues with the pickup. The staff seemed overwhelmed and couldn’t find my reservation right away. Not impressed.
