I really wanted to like Shopify, but their customer support let me down. I waited hours for a response about a billing issue and didn't get helpful solutions. Not what I expected for the price.

I had a serious issue with my subscription billing and it took way too long for someone to respond. Finally got it sorted, but I expected better from what everyone was saying. Sad to say I'm not impressed.

The features are nice but I'm frustrated with the limitations on inventory management. For someone managing multiple storefronts, it just doesn’t cut it. Disappointed, honestly.
