Avoid This Company
Just had the worst experience with ShipCentral. My shipment was lost, and they didn’t even try to help me find it. Customer service is non-existent, and I’m left out of pocket. Will never use them again.

Awesome shipping experience!
I decided to try ShipCentral after some friends recommended it, and wow, I’m impressed! The rates were super affordable and my shipment arrived earlier than expected. Customer service was helpful when I had a question. Definitely using them again!

Good overall, one issue
So far so good with ShipCentral. Most shipments have been right on time and the prices are decent. I just had a slight problem with a lost package once, but they sorted it out within a couple of days. Just wish it wasn't so stressful getting the issue dealt with.

Mostly great service, but a small hiccup
I've used ShipCentral a few times now and generally it’s been a good experience. The last time, though, my package was delivered a day late, which was frustrating. Other than that, their support was responsive and the tracking system works well.

Disappointing Experience
I was really excited to use ShipCentral, but it turned into a nightmare. My package was supposed to arrive in 5 days, but it took over 3 weeks! I tried reaching out to their support, but no one ever got back to me. Total waste of time.
