Good service but can improve
I've been using ShipBob for a few months now. Generally happy with their service, quick shipping and decent support. Just wish their tracking system was a bit more user-friendly.

Mostly good, but some hiccups
I like ShipBob's logistics, but sometimes orders get delayed. It's not a frequent issue, but when it happens, it's frustrating. Support is helpful, though.
