Angry and let down

Mixed feelings about my experience

I signed up for ShieldMarket a few months ago, mostly because their rates seemed pretty good. The website was easy to navigate, but when I called customer support for some questions, I waited a long time to get a response. They were helpful when I finally got through, but the delay was frustrating. Overall, it’s okay, but I expected better service.

Worst experience ever!

They pretty much ghosted me after I paid my premiums. My documents were supposed to arrive but never did. Had to reach out repeatedly and still got no answers. Will not recommend!

Not the best service.

Good coverage options!
