Great service, minor issue
I've been using Seamless to order lunch at work for a few months. Most of the time, the food arrives quick and hot. Only had one issue with an order being late, but customer service fixed it right away.

Reliable but room for improvement
I usually have a good experience with Seamless. The app is easy to use and I love their restaurant selection. Just had a couple of times when the delivery was a bit late. Still prefer it for my takeout.

Happy but not perfect
I enjoy Seamless. Most of my orders come on time and taste great. But once the app crashed while I was trying to check out, which was super frustrating.
