SAP truly has powerful features and the support team is pretty responsive. I had a few issues setting everything up initially, but once I got the hang of it, it's working like a dream. Just wish there were more beginner-friendly tutorials available.

Overall, I'm happy with SAP but there are still a few quirks that can be frustrating. Some functions are not as intuitive and it takes time to figure things out. Once you get accustomed to it, it works great, but a simpler UI would help a lot.
