Solid but can improve
I've enjoyed using Salesforce but there are a few quirks that can be frustrating. Like sometimes reports can be tricky to generate. Still, it’s a solid tool overall.

Great software, minor hiccup
Overall, my experience has been great with Salesforce. Just had a slight issue with the email integration not syncing right away but it got fixed quickly by support. Would give 5 stars if not for that.
