Generally Good Insurance
I've been using SafeNow for nearly a year, and I’m pretty satisfied. My premium is reasonable, around $120 a month, and I had to file a claim after a minor accident. The payout took some time, but I finally got it, so I can't complain too much. A bit more speed and I'd give them 5 stars!
Not impressed at all
The claims process took forever! I tried to file a claim after a small accident, and it felt like I was pulling teeth just to get updates. Ended up feeling totally ignored.
Mixed Feelings About SafeNow
I signed up for SafeNow's insurance a few months ago. The process was easy, but honestly, the customer service wasn’t great when I had some questions. They took ages to respond, and I felt a bit lost at times. Overall, it does the job but could really improve.

Superb Experience!
Just signed up for SafeNow and I'm thrilled! The signup was smooth and I got a great rate for my auto insurance. I had a couple of questions, and their support team was really helpful! It’s refreshing to find a company that cares. Highly recommended!
Disappointing service
I thought I was signing up for a reliable insurance, but I've had nothing but trouble. They kept changing my premium amount without any explanation. Unbelievable.
