Good but Could Be Better
I've had a few good experiences with Royal Mail, but occasionally things take longer than expected. Still, I appreciate their effort in keeping things professional. Hoping they improve on the delays.

Mostly Great, But A Little Delay
Royal Mail has been my go-to for sending parcels. Most of the time, their service is spot on! I had one package that got delayed by three days, which was a bummer, but other than that, I'm really happy with them.

Almost Perfect
The service was excellent overall, but I had one instance where the tracking wasn’t updated properly. It still arrived on time, though. Just a little glitch that could use fixing.
