Pretty good but room for improvement
Used Rover for the first time for my cat. The sitter did a solid job, but the service fee felt a bit steep. I expected a tad more for what I paid. Overall, not bad though.

Decent experience
Had a decent experience with Rover. My dog was well looked after, but it was a bit hard to get in touch with the sitter at times. Would prefer quicker responses next time.

Almost perfect!
Rover is almost perfect, but my sitter was late dropping my dog off. Other than that, everything went well and my dog seemed really happy when I got home. I think I’ll be a returning customer.

Happy with my choice
Rover worked out really well for me. The sitter was punctual and took amazing care of my dog. I loved getting pics while I was away. Just wish their response time was a little quicker.

Great option for pet care
I had a wonderful experience finding a dog sitter for my puppy. The sitters are nice and clearly love what they do. My only complaint is the website can be confusing at times, but I'd definitely recommend Rover!

Good service but had a hiccup
I used Rover to find a pet sitter for my dog Max while I was away for the weekend. The sitter was great and Max seemed to have a blast. My only issue was that the booking process took longer than expected because their site was glitching. Overall, a good experience.

Solid platform and pet lovers
I feel really comfortable using Rover. All the sitters I've tried seemed genuinely passionate about pets. My last one even gave training tips! Just a couple of minor tech issues but overall I’m happy.

Almost perfect
Found a fantastic pet sitter for my bulldog. They sent updates and photos, which was nice. But I had some issues with the app crashing when I wanted to pay. Still, I’d use it again!

Reliable and friendly sitters
I’ve used Rover multiple times and it’s always been a good experience. I love how I can see the reviews of each sitter. My last sitter, Jessica, was super friendly and took great care of my cat. Definitely recommend!

Good choice for pet care
I think Rover is a good option for pet care. My dog came back happy and tired, which is a win! Some minor communication issues, but nothing major. Will definitely book again.

Great service overall!
I really liked the service provided by Rover. My dog was well taken care of, and the sitter sent updates with photos which made my day! Only downside was a little hiccup with booking, but it got sorted. I'd recommend them.
