Not great, not terrible
I ordered a set of strings and they were fine, but the whole site felt a bit clunky. It took me a while to find what I wanted. Wouldn't say I loved it.

Mixed feelings
Reverb has some cool stuff but I faced an issue with a return. Customer service was slow to respond, which made it frustrating. I hope they improve that.
