Mixed Feelings

The app is pretty sleek and easy to use. However, I had issues linking my external account which was frustrating. Overall, it's okay but definitely could use improvements.

Not bad, not great

Mixed feelings

I’ve been using Qonto for a few months and it’s been... okay. The interface is nice but the customer service is kinda hit or miss. Sometimes they’re quick to help, sometimes it takes ages to get a response.

Ok service but not great

Good, but Room for Improvement

I’ve been using Qonto for a few months now. The interface is clean and easy to navigate, and I like the budgeting tools. However, I had trouble linking my other bank accounts initially. Overall, it’s good, but I’d love to see quicker support responses.
