Solid service with room for growth
I like Postmates but there are some kinks to work out. Mostly good service, but I’ve had some delays. Waiting times could definitely be faster.

Good service most times
I had a pretty good experience with Postmates. My food was delivered within the estimated time and the driver was friendly. Just had one time when they forgot to bring my drink, which was a bummer.

Good but there's room for improvement
Overall, pretty satisfied with Postmates. Most of the time the food is great and on time, but I had one experience where my order was missing items. It's good, but could be better.

Good mostly, but...
I like using Postmates; the selection is great. I just wish they would improve delivery speed. Last time I waited over an hour for my pizza, which was a bummer.

Really impressed
Just had my first delivery and it was great! The driver was super friendly and my food arrived hot. Definitely will be using Postmates more often now.
