Disappointed with the service
I had high hopes for PixelPoint but the customer support was unresponsive when I faced a glitch in the game. I won't be using this again.

I tried their gaming monitor and the colors were off. Thought I'd get an amazing deal, but it ended up being a hassle. Not sure I'd buy again from PixelPoint.

The hype didn’t match reality for me. Games freeze sometimes and it’s hard to get proper help when you need it.

Not impressed
I bought a gaming mouse from PixelPoint and it broke within a month. Customer service was slow to respond and didn't help much. I expected better quality for the price.
