I recently ordered some dog toys from PetLy. The toys are fantastic and my puppy loves them! However, the shipping took longer than expected, almost 10 days. If their shipping times improve, I'd definitely give them a 5-star.

I bought cat food from PetLy and it’s high quality for sure. My cat seems healthier since switching. Just wish it wasn't so expensive, it's hard on my budget. Still, I think it's worth it for the quality.

I ordered a dog bed that was supposed to be cozy and soft, but it arrived so thin and hard. My dog didn't even want to lay on it. I reached out to customer service, but they took forever to respond. Total disappointment.
