Great but could improve
Petco is really good overall. I appreciate their wide range of products and prices. However, I wish they had a better return policy on opened goods.

Mostly great experience!
I really like shopping at Petco. They have a great selection of dog food and toys. The only issue was that my last order took longer to arrive than expected, but customer service was helpful.

Pretty good overall
Petco usually has what I need for my rabbit and the staff is usually helpful. Just a couple of times they didn’t have the brand of hay I like.

Solid pet store
Petco has been my go-to for pet needs. I always find what I’m looking for. Just a little annoyed that some items are pricier than online stores, but overall a good place.

Almost perfect!
Petco is fantastic most of the time, but sometimes I wish they had more staff during busy hours. I had to wait a while to get help on one visit.

Consistently decent service
I keep coming back to Petco for my pet supplies. The staff is usually friendly and helpful. Just wish they had more discounts like they used to.
