Best decision ever!
Joining Patreon has been a game changer for me. I get access to so much exclusive content that I wouldn't find anywhere else. The creator I support interacts with us regularly, and it's been awesome!

Solid platform, just a few quirks

Support is slow
I've had to wait days for support replies, which is annoying when you need help with billing or access. But, the community is great once you get in.

Almost Perfect
I really love the concept of Patreon. Found awesome creators and the perks are cool. I had a small issue with a subscription but it got resolved quickly. Overall happy with my experience.

Creative freedom

Good, but room for improvement
I've been a Patreon creator for about six months now, and honestly, it's been a wild ride. Most features work great, especially the content delivery to my patrons. But I've had some issues with payment processing delays, which could be frustrating for my subscribers. I wish their customer support was a bit quicker when I had questions regarding some technicalities.

Refunds were tricky
Had trouble getting a refund when I canceled my subscription. It took over a week to sort it out. The creators are amazing, though, so I'm torn.

Great for Creators

Some good, some bad

Fantastic experience!
The content I access is fantastic! I feel connected to the creators I support, and they really value their fans. My subscriptions have been worth every penny!
