Very hit or miss
I've tried Panera several times through delivery. Some orders are great, others arrive messed up or missing items. It's so frustrating!

I like Panera, but my last delivery wasn’t great. The mac and cheese was fine, but my bread was stale. I think I might just go back to eating in-store.

So many missed expectations

Such a letdown
I got my bowl and there was hardly any chicken in it! I was so disappointed, especially for the price I paid. Should have gone somewhere else.

A solid choice for lunch
Overall I had a great experience. The sandwich was tasty and the cookies were fresh. My only gripe is that the app can be a little glitchy sometimes.
