Mixed Feelings About It
I tried Optimizely for a couple of months. While the features are decent, I had some issues with integration with our existing tools. Support was helpful, but I expected more. Might stick around for now though.

I found Optimizely helpful, but some features are just too complicated. I think if the onboarding process was smoother, I'd be more inclined to use it more often.

Optimizely’s tools are great, but we ran into some bugs that slowed us down a bit. The support team resolved them quickly, but it was frustrating at first.
