I had some issues navigating their site. The agent who helped me was great, but the system has some quirks that need fixing. Not the best experience, but not the worst either. Probably would look for options next time.

I used Northwest Registered Agent to set up my LLC. The process was pretty straightforward, but the customer service could be a lot quicker. I waited over an hour for a response regarding my documents. They were helpful once I got through, but the delay was frustrating.
