Good but could be better
Had a decent experience but the website was a bit buggy during checkout. Also, I think the return window should be longer. I love their selection though.

Not what I expected
I had high hopes but my order took too long to arrive, and when it did, it didn’t match the online description. Disappointed.

Mixed feelings
Nordstrom’s selection is great, but my last order arrived with a scratch on the bag. They offered a replacement, which was nice, but I expected better quality control.
