Terrible experience overall
I really regret signing up. The customer support is terrible and the shows are often unavailable. Just a bad experience from the start.

Not quite what I expected
Nebula has some cool features, but it often freezes during playback. I reached out to customer service and they were nice, yet it doesn’t solve the problem during my watching hours. Can be frustrating when you just want to relax.

Disappointing experience
I was really excited to try Nebula, but honestly, it was a letdown. The streaming quality was poor and it kept buffering on my fast internet. Tried reaching out to support, and their response was super slow. Cancelled my subscription after just a month.

Mixed feelings about it

Mixed feelings
There are a few gems on Nebula, but they’re buried under a ton of content that’s just not appealing. I’ve found some good shows, but not all of them are great.

Good stuff but some hiccups
I love some of the original content on Nebula! The quality is great and the platform is smooth. Only problem was the occasional buffering, especially during peak hours.

Satisfactory service
Nebula is okay for what it is. Not a ton of excitement, but it works for the most part. The selection could be better, but it does its job in providing some good entertainment.

Good for the price
I've been using Nebula for about 6 months now. For the price, it's decent. They have some unique shows that I enjoy, even if the interface could use some work. Overall not bad!

Too many issues with streaming
I had to cancel my subscription after a month. The app kept crashing and customer service took forever to respond. Super frustrating!

Disappointed with the service
Tried to watch a few shows and ended up having connection issues every time. Support was unhelpful, just sent me generic responses. Not worth the hassle.

Decent but not great
Nebula has a good mix of current shows and classics, but I’ve had some annoying login issues. Customer support was helpful though. I just expected a smoother experience for the price.

Could be better

Disappointed with the service

Love this platform!
I really enjoy using Nebula! The streaming quality is fantastic and I've had no issues with lag. The user interface is also super friendly and easy to navigate. I recommend checking it out, especially for exclusive content.

Not bad, not great
Nebula offers decent shows at a fair price. I've noticed some glitches while skipping episodes, which can be frustrating. That said, the original series have been really enjoyable!

A bit sluggish sometimes

Not too bad, but could improve
Nebula has potential. Some unique shows that I enjoy. But the lack of updates on new content is disappointing. I hope they fix that.
