Disappointed with Customer Service
Had a problem with my subscription and the customer support was pretty unhelpful. I was on hold for over half an hour only to be told to try again later. Not cool.

Almost Perfect
Really enjoy following my favorite teams on NBA.com. The only thing that bugs me is the occasional lag during peak times. Other than that, the experience is great and the content is top-notch!

Great Experience, Minor Setback
I really enjoy using the NBA website for stats and news. The layout is user-friendly, but I had a minor issue with the live stream during the last game. It lagged a bit which was frustrating.
