Really disappointing service

Slightly disappointing
I had high hopes for MoveLink but it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The tracking feature was glitchy and I couldn’t see where my stuff was most of the time. Plus, the customer service took a while to respond when I had questions. I think they have potential but need to work on a few things.

Good but room for improvement
