Disappointed again

Expected better quality
I really wanted to love Morphe, but both my brushes shed hair like crazy. For the price, I expected more durability. Guess I'll stick to my old brands.

Not what I expected
I bought a few palettes and honestly, the pigmentation isn't as great as I thought it would be. Also, the eyeshadow fell out all over the place. Super disappointing.

Not what I hoped for
I wanted to love Morphe since they’re so popular, but my eyeshadow palette broke on the first use and the customer service just apologized without helping further.

Not great wouldn’t recommend
Was really looking forward to using their products, but had a bad experience overall. The highlighter was too chalky and not pigmented at all.

So many issues
I got a set of lipsticks and they were super dried out. Took forever to get a response from customer service as well. Not worth the hassle.

Disappointed with quality
I was really looking forward to trying Morphe, but the lip glosses I ordered were sticky and not smooth at all. I expected better quality for the price.

Not impressed at all
I ordered a lipstick and it arrived melted. Tried to return it, but they made it super complicated. Definitely not worth the hassle.

Very frustrating experience
Bought a set of brushes and most were fine, but one was unusable right out of the box. Customer service didn’t help much either. Really disappointment.
