Great, but room for improvement
Monzo is mostly great, but I had a small hiccup with customer service when I needed help with a transaction. It took longer than I expected to get a reply. Overall, still a good choice!

Good, but not perfect
Monzo overall is solid for basic banking needs but I sometimes wish for branches or more personal service options. Still, the app itself is very handy!

Pretty good, but missing a feature
I've been using Monzo for almost a year now and it's mostly great. The budgeting tools are fantastic and help me keep track of my spending. But I wish they'd add some more saving features, like higher interest accounts. Overall, still a solid 4 stars!
