Marketo has some valuable features, like A/B testing, but the learning curve is steep. I often need help, and their customer support is quite slow to respond. It just adds to the frustration of using the platform.

I tried to get help with my Marketo setup, but the customer service was unresponsive. I waited for days to hear back, and when they finally replied, the advice they gave was useless. I feel really let down, especially after hearing good things about them.

I tried using Marketo for my email marketing, and it was a hassle. The onboarding was long and confusing. I didn’t feel supported, and ended up losing time and money. Definitely not what I wanted.

I found Marketo pretty difficult to navigate. The interface isn’t super user-friendly and it took me ages to figure out how to set up my first campaign. Expected more.
