Not Happy with the Service

I had high hopes for LensLy, but the quality of the lens wasn't great. It was supposed to be a top-rated product, but it just didn't perform like I thought it would. Plus, shipping was slow. Definitely not worth the price I paid.

Disappointing Experience

I ordered a lens from LensLy a month ago, and it arrived damaged. Tried to reach their support, but it took forever to get a response. They finally offered a replacement, but it adds another week to the whole process. Not what I expected at all.
